AZ-Decore&Style has the right to keep track of your personal data. These are kept secret by AZ-Decore&Style and are not passed on to third parties without the consent of the customer. The customer can request his data at any time.

The terms and conditions apply to all AZ-Decore&Style deliveries. When you place an order, you agree to the terms below and are responsible for your act of purchase.

All prices stated on the website are expressed in euros.

Prices are per item unless stated otherwise.

The prices are always exclusive of shipping costs, inclusive of VAT.

 

The prices are always subject to errors. We are therefore not liable for the consequences of these errors and we cannot be held liable for price indications that are incorrect.

All articles sold by AZ-Decore&Style are described/displayed as accurately as possible. All products are unique and handmade. The customer's wishes are therefore pursued as closely as possible. Two exactly the same pieces are impossible due to the handmade aspect. Should an error occur, different color than expected, small impurity, small color difference, air bubbles, ... then we cannot be held liable for this. In addition, AZ-Decore&Style cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products offered on the website.

 

Right Of Withdrawal 

 

The consumer has the right to inform AZ-Decore&Style that he wishes to cancel the purchase, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the articles. You must report this by email to az.decoreandstyle@gmail.com  , after which you will receive a return form. This must be completed correctly and sent with your return, otherwise it cannot be processed. The consumer will then return it in its original packaging at its own risk and expense. The item must be returned in an unaltered state, stating the order number and the item in question.

As soon as we have received the items in their original condition, your money will be refunded within 30 days. For items that are discounted (for promotions, sales or by using a discount code) a voucher is donated.

 

Please note: items that are custom made, or specially adapted and ordered for you, cannot be returned.

Damage , Error or Short 

 

If there is damage, error or shortage during delivery, the consumer must report this within 5 days after delivery of the ordered goods. This with clear photo material, the name of the person who made the order and the order number. No action can be taken on a complaint without this information.

 

Delivery Time 

 

The delivery time is 2-3 weeks. This depends on whether or not the product is in stock. If finished earlier, the package will be sent earlier. The long delivery time is due to all products being handmade. Each piece is therefore made on site. The drying time and sealing time therefore also ensures longer processing.

 

Important Information Relating To The Products 

 

Keychains

 

The keyrings are hand cast. This means that each piece is unique. It is therefore impossible to recreate a product identically. The customer's wishes are pursued as closely as possible.

The dried flowers may differ from the example. This depends on which dried flowers are in stock. However, work is done in the desired color. This may have a lighter or darker deviation.

The key rings cannot stand with direct sunlight. An environment that is too hot can deform the key ring. The product is therefore not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.

Cleaning is best done with a damp cloth such as a baby wipe.

The product from which the key ring is made needs at least 5 days to harden completely and properly. This therefore entails a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

Pots/Dishes/Vases/Coasters/Trays

 

Everything is finished with a special sealer. This makes the product splash resistant. However, the products are not suitable for a large amount of water (dishwashing is therefore definitely not recommended). However, they can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Products cannot withstand heat. Not for use in microwave and/or oven.

Do you wish to use nutrition on your product? Be sure to pass this on in the comments. Then another sealer is used that is food-proof.

Unique pieces

 

Everything is handmade and therefore unique. Things (such as color or filling) can therefore differ slightly as shown in the images. So you can never have exactly the same piece as on the pictures. Everything is made carefully and with a lot of passion and patience. Each piece is made after the order. Depending on the piece, the delivery time can also be a bit longer due to the drying time / working time. So definitely count on 2-3 weeks. If a product is already in stock, it can go a little faster.

 

According to your own taste and wishes

 

Did you know that the colors themselves are also composed with the items? I only work with the main colours. I then mix these to obtain a new color.
